Stamp PCB's

When we talk about "stamp PCB's" we mean: PCB's with the size of a stamp with a single function. By combining a number of functions a prototype can be constructed quickly. It's a powerful engineering tools to realize a "proof of concept" with less effort. These PCB's can be delivered bare or with all components mounted and are a kind of evaluation boards that are affordable.

On the analog PCB's the power traces (+, gnd and -) are routed in such a way that connecting the next PCB is as easy as wiring straight through. The power supply is decoupled with a capacitor on each board. The vertical size of the boards match, so a nice "stamp collection" can arise.
The input signals are located on the left side and the output signals are located in the right side of the PCB, if possible.

Currently these stamps are available:

  • RS-232 converter, from TTL to RS232, Rx and Tx. Connected to a D-Sub connector.
  • RS-485 converter, from TTL to RS485, Rx, Tx and DTR. Connected to a D-Sub connector.
  • RS-232 to RS485 converter, from RS-232 to RS485, Rx, Tx and DTR. Connected to a D-Sub connector.
  • Instrumentation ampifier with settable gain.
  • Supply splitter, creates a virtuele ground.
  • Sallen Key filter, a double implementation of the Sallen-Key filter. Will be delivered as bare PCB only.
  • Notch filter, blocks a certain frequency. Will be delivered as bare PCB only.
  • Difference amplifier, you can create an inverting, non-inverting, integrating, differentiating, difference and summing amplifier. Will be delivered as bare PCB only.
  • SO adapters, adapter to place an SO component to a DIL socket. Will be delivered as bare PCB only.
  • Flyback power supply, with LM2785 and a bare transformer. Max. 5W, complete with schematics.
  • Step-down power supply, with LM2575-ADJ and an SMD coil, output Voltage is settable, output current is max 1A.
  • Step-up power supply, with LM2785 as boost converter.
  • Low power step-up power supply, generates max. 30V/25 mA. Ideal as LCD bias voltage generator.
  • Lineair rectifier, the well known op-amp circuit. Single or double phase rectification selectable.
  • Current source, op-amp circuit as current source.
